Trying to get caught up on my portraits. This next one is of my Mom. Intending to do this one in watercolors, so if you see anything that's off, point it out ASAP because once the paint goes down I can't fix anything.

lol The proportion of the head and those eyes need more work if your trying to make this realistic you may need a lot of water color layering also the nose looks nice , but it also needs fixing idk how your mom looks but if your doing a portraite of her wouldent it be nice to put a picture of her right next to this so that people can give you more advice lol lastly hair needs detail to also the neck looks ok but it also needs some fixing my recommendation is looking for references other portraite samples that could be tooning to realism , but out of all this looks ok just needs a lot of fixing
Ps : Good luck portaite of people are hard to make because you need to find atleast 5 main feature of that person and have the head proption too because bad proportion equel bad portraite but not always unless your trying to toon but even like that you still need some good proprtion good luck
